On the first day of Kwanzaa, we take our leftover french fries from Christmas and put them in a sandwich with some butter and ketchup. We call this a "Comfy Maurice".

What do you usually do with holiday leftovers in your country?

depends on what we're having. usually for christmas dinner there aren't many leftovers. it's generally just 4 of us and we don't make a turkey or a ham for christmas, so there isn't a big feast. usually it ends up being something like homemade pizza. my family is...a bit odd.
