I'm on the east coast so everything is -1, -2, -3 for me going west across the US...just my reference point. Most pizza shops don't open until 11am which rules out Montana unless he walked through the door at 11am Montana time, ordered, got a pizza, took a picture of it, ate it and then immediately shit post it on /ck/.
