I hate when you go someplace and the recipe has changed. Wendy's isn't even the same company anymore, as far as I'm concerned. The nuggets are the only thing that I think hasn't changed. Even the chili is different because they changed the beef.

McDonald's, to my knowledge, has not changed in my lifetime. Or it's been so gradual that I couldn't even see the changes over 30 years. My mom said the food used to be different, and I've seen pictures of it to verify.

I don't eat fast food for a good meal. I eat fast food because I'm depressed, and I need to know what I'm getting myself into. I can't have another disappointment ruining my day even more. The double quarter pounder has never let me down.

I have to wholeheartedly agree with you. From the fresh 100% chicken breast patty, to the toasted sesame bun, topped with fresh lettuce and creamy mayonnaise. It really is an absolute delight to eat. For me, it's the best. It's the McChicken Sandwich.

There's a local pizzeria who did this.

Back in the 90s their pizza was pretty god-tier, although a bit cheese heavy. It was still the place to be if you wanted a good slice. Since then the recipe has changed--or their cooks have gotten shittier--and it isn't quite the same. Probably twice as salty, hard crust instead of fluffy, cheap cheese that gets hard 5 minutes out of the oven. Just terrible.

There was an incredible Lebanese restaurant in my city that completely redid their menu, shrank their portions, and started putting fries and pickles in their schawarma. Completely ruined everything. I think some faggot from LA or somewhere got hired as a consultant or something, there's no other explanation for why a place run by actual Lebanese people making actual Lebanese food would do something like that.

It was like a year ago and I'm still fucking pissed.

The only thing I'm wary of with spicy chicken nuggets is the fact that when I used to work at Wendy's, they'd sell very little. Depending on the staff, they would keep the nuggets long past the amount of time that they were supposed to. Regular nuggets sold all the time though so it was a non-issue with those
