Get a small flask of one of the extreme ones. "Nothing Beyond" is pretty good value for what it offers.
Since you apply several drops per batch, it lasts really long.

Belizean Heat for sure. It's a little similar to tobasco at first but it's less vinegary and has more chunky texture. The one thing that stands out the most is its amazing and unique aftertaste. Sort of smokey, but mild, almost cream-like. 10/10 would recommend.
