Let's talk hamburgers. Tell how you make a hamburger, and we see who here makes good burgers or bad burgers

>season heavily with salt and pepper
>throw patties in pan along with chopped onion
>cook for five minutes or so, flip
>season other side of patties, let cook for a bout a minute
>put a slice of swiss cheese on both patties, let cook for about two more minutes
>take patties out of pan, place on another plate and let sit
>scoop onions out of pan with spatula and put on top of patties
>place hamburger buns into the pan to cook in the grease for a couple minutes
>take buns out, piece of lettuce on each bottom bun
>put ketchup and mustard on top bun, spread with knife
>assemble burgers

This is how I make my burgers, oftentimes I will have leftover bacon from breakfast or a previous meal and I will throw that on as well

I could accept everything but this.
Toasting the buns on a grill I can dig, but why would you make them fucking soggy? Moisture is added by the newly fried patty, the cheese, the sauce, the onion, you gotta fucking grab that shit with your hands.
