every day i eat fuji apples. i chop them into quarters take out the core and boil them for about 10 minutes till soft enough to blend in my vitamix with ease. i do this with the skin on and use the water from boiling to make oatmeal. i take the applesauce and add it to the oatmeal with cinnamon and artificial sugar. i share this in hopes to find some other great recipe that someone else might share.
