basically a potatoe pancake served with lingonberries and "bacon"

can be made with raw potatoes or precooked

you can either make real pancake batter or just add eggs to the shredded potatoes

make em as thin as possible to ensure the potatoes get cooked through

cook em in the bacon grease for that god tier meal

>> No.8294221

Mix shredded potatoes, eggs, cream fraiche and garlic cook in the oven untill its done, note the mix should be pretty soupy

Cut up potatoes, celery, onion. Lots of celery.

Saute onions and celery, add some salt, pepper, thyme. Add broth/stock. My grandma used vegetable stock, I prefer chicken. Add heavy whipping cream. Cook until potatoes are done.

Sprinkle bacon and/or cheese on top. Eat with crackers.
