I used to work at a popular burger shithole with a rat problem. The rats would chew through the bags of hamburger buns and eat the bread but we only threw away the buns they had visibly chewed on, the other buns in the same bag were served. one time five minutes before we opened a rat fell out of the ceiling and died on the counter next to the cash register where you place your order. we served a vegetarian sandwich for vegetarians, it was chopped up onion and peppers sauteed in leftover burger grease. by that I mean we saved grease in a squirt bottle from when we scrapped the grill and we'd squirt it on vegetables for the veggie sandwich. after the owner left we used to give free food to local Hispanic gang members in exchange for drugs. as a right of passage to become "one of us" you had to work the evening grill shift with a head full of LSD. my favorite coworker had some kind of sick ass problems and when we got sick of a certain table or group he'd go stand next to them and fart so bad that they'd get up and go outside.

When I'm hungry I head down to the nearest McDonald's restaurant for a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, hot, fresh fries and an ice cold Coca Cola!
