Ive tried a bunch of hot sauces over the past 10 years... from stupid novelty bottles to classics and I've found that different sauces work better with certain dishes. For example Franks goes great on a burger but I prefer cholula on eggs. Those two are pretty much a staple in my house. i only bought the sriracha because the chinese food mart had a $10 min on credit purchases. figured I'd give it another real chance to win me over but still hasnt. the badia chipotle is my old lady's sauce. im not a fan of the smokey flavored sauces.

That all said, recently I've been fucking with powders. This new reaper powder i got adds some serious heat without overpowering flavors you'd get with sauces. ive got a "scorpion" powder, some smoked ghost powder and the reaper. would recommend trying the reaper powder but be careful, you only need a pussy hair sized bit to heat up anything.

the niacin is for punishment. pop a couple 100mg pills around lunchtime if you didnt eat breakfast. it's like a hot sauce for your body. sometimes painful af. fun tho.

Sriracha and Tapatio are only hot sauces I mainly use on my food. Mostly because I don't think I can handle anything hotter. I envy those that can eat crazy spicy food without breaking a sweat.

I was eating the black label for a while but my go to has been Chili-Garlic Cholula. If I want a little more kick, I get black label Valentina. I like it for nachos.
