Dude we already know paleo is the most retarded diet out there.

>> No.8208352

any diet can be tasty if you're resourceful and know how to cook. you are a shitty chef if you don't know how to be flexible and switch between styles.

paleo is mainly about non-grain carbs and animal proteins. the downside is a lack of variety, but the upside is that you have less things to work with, so it should take less skill to make something good. just take churrasco for example, that's paleo as fuck but how much work does it take to make it good?

the downside is that you can't create powerful mixed flavors. the upside is that there are less variables. a very well made simple dish will not be as delicious as a very well complex dish, but it's much harder to make a complex dish well than to make a simple dish well. does that make sense or are you dumb enough to assume that the best way to fix a dish in which you burnt the basil is to add some oregano?

Burger here. When do I use less and when do I use fewer? I could google it but my American education makes it hard.

Paleo is the ultimate hipster fad. It epitomizes the "everything old is better by virtue of being old" mindset they have.
