Do you think tendies deserve to be unbannned from American BBQs? In my home country, we offer both tendies and chicken sandwiches at our BBWs.

Unless I am mistaken and there is a way to prepare tendies in a smoker or on a grill, they are not being cooked with the other meat and don't fit with the point of a BBQ.

Are you saying you want people in America to starting serving tendies with BBQ dipping sauce at their cook outs?

I've never seen fried tendies at a cook out but I'm sure you could use a dry rub on some non-breaded tendies, grill them over charcoal and finish them with a glazing of barbecue sauce when they're almost finished. I guess you could also smoke them and finish them with sauce but I don't know how long they'd have to go in a smoker.

I just put a pot of peanut oil into my smoker for a few hours so it's infused with a smokey flavor and then use that oil to fry to my tendies. Dip in BBQ sauce oh yeah mmm.
