Hey /ck/ I'm a sorry fucker who plans two eat only one food for an entire month. I want to have at least two meals of it a day and the budget for it can't exceed $70ish dollars. Dubs will be considered if they apply. Thanks y'all. Pic unrelated

Buy a big bag of rice from an Asian store. 25lbs or so will last months, and won't even be half of your budget. From there you can buy veggies and things.

Hmmnn seems obvious now that you say it. Definitely the front runner as you have dubs and it's very reasonable

not just dubs, but dubadubs.

kale, collard greens are the most nutrient dense foods. Chicken is a cheap and lean protein. Kale, garlic, chicken, over rice, with lemon and other spices to your taste. lemon and garlic are great for countering the strong taste of kale imo.

oats are good and cheap too.

god we need a sticky or I need to just type this shit into a text file so I can copypasta
