>candied walnuts (3 quarts)
>finish caesar dressing (2 gallons)
>buzz off three different vinaigrette dressings (2 gallons each)
>prep burger and pad thai sets for expo line
>mix yogurt (3 quarts)
>prep melon for melon salad (2 each, hdew and cante)
>line prep (9th pan plus 1 qt each)
>diced ham

>julienne onion

>halved cherry tomato
>bias-chopped scallion
>blanched and sliced snap peas
>1/16th inch chopped chives
>julienne carrot
>mandarin orange
