Simple popcorn chicken.
Boneless sKinless thighs, cut into small pieces, season with pepper salt chili flakes and garlic salt. Toss into scrambled eggs let it sit for a bit. using hands to shake off excess egg throw into a bowl of mochiko rice flour (only flour I use, cuz Hawaii) quickly toss pieces in flour until coated, fry in 400 degree oil, peanut oil tastes best. Toss in sauce of choice after, bbq is fire, or do a shoyu mirin oyster sauce mix, or buffalo sauce is pretty legit too
