Okay guys, so tonight I plan on making a Few beef ball sandwiches for my mother, has anyone on here ever made a hot beef ball sandwich? If so, how did you do so and what did you use, I need a oven time that won't burn the beef and dry it out, I was thinking medium heat for an hour.

What techniques or strategies do you use to produce the perfect steamy beef ball be it for a pie or just for a midday snack? I hate a crispy ball of beef so I try to use Kosher I usually pickle the beef balls over night so they are plumb and ready to go, when bitten releasing steamy delicious juices from working. Anyways let me know here's my Steamy beef. Here is my beef ball sandwich from last night. First time so be easy on me.

What type of beef did you use, she likes Kosher and grass fed free range. With chunks of garlic shoved in them..? Is that how you make your beef balls?
