Fun fact:
White Castle sliders are actually steam cooked.
They do grilled them, but it's a flat grill and they do drench it in water and only cook on one side.

So they are "steamed hams" (yes I get the Simpsons reference) in a sense if Hams is slang for Hamburgers.
