Should I cook belly pork in the oven or slow cooker?
I want it to be really tender and shit.

imo do the the Gordon Ramsay version where you do it in a roasting pan filled with liquid after searing a bit

simmer it in a pan with water for an hour till the water is gone then fry it till it's crunchy. If you do the simmering part right then enough of the lard will render out of the pork belly for you to fry it in it's own juices, otherwise you can just add canola oil or something
