Fuck does this annoy me, drinks that need to be shaken should have it be more prominent on the packaging, like in yellow letters against a red background around the top of the can or something

And also, couldn't you just put the lid back on the bottle and shake it? I've never encountered a drink that needs shaking that came in a can or other "once it's open then you cannot close it" sort of container.
