For the pussys scared of a little fat, here's a really amazing trick: Try cutting the fat off after you cook it and only eat the lean. Amazing what a knife and fork can accomplish, isn't it?

shoulder has been on sale for the past couple weeks ($.70/lb). I had a bunch of frozen chicken to cook but I'm looking forward to making me a few pounds of carnitas soon. gonna be tacos on tacos for a while
