Are you going to put on the anchovies right when it comes out of the oven, or just a minute or two before it's done?

Your sauce is too far out to the edge, guaranteed to be a sloppy mess after baking and cutting

It was made and cooked a little over an hour ago.

the finished 'za burped over the edge in a couple of places, but it wasn't a problem.

You have to find a greek pita that has enough oil on its surface to fry/bake properly at high heat. Your favourite pizza sauce on first, shredded mozz, mccormicks dried oregano dusted lightly. sliced mushroom, cut pepperoni, diced onion, coarse diced green pepper,(sliced olives are optional), light cover of mozz, parm reg, and basil on top. Cook at 400 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
