Still waiting for the point you're trying to make. If you're trying to explain to those that aren't as autistic as you that white chocolate isn't REALLY chocolate, I won't argue with you. However illegitimate the name may be, there still exists a food product called "white chocolate".
Most forms of it are diabetes-inducing sweet in my opinion (with some exceptions like El Rey or Valrhona), but it's just about the smoothest chocolate based product. It doesn't have the acidity that dark chocolate has, which means acidic berries like raspberries and blackberries work better with white chocolate than dark chocolate. The same could be said about citrus fruits. Plus desserts with white chocolate are going to be smoother and softer.
