/ck/, I love white chocolate. A lot.

For so long, I've tried to find a white chocolate spread - similar to Nutella. I've only found one thing that's close, which is Fundelina half white half milk chocolate spread. Fundelina doesn't make the white chocolate spread on its own though, and that's what I'm dying for.

/ck/ do you know any options? Please, as a white chocolate lover, I'm desperate

Just make some white chocolate ganache.

Put 500ml of double cream into a saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil. You can flavour it with vanilla, honey, mint, etc. if you want. While it's heating, cut a bar of white chocolate (like in your picture) finely and put the shards in a bowl with about 40 or 50g of unsalted butter. When the cream comes to a gentle boil, pour it over the chocolate and butter and mix with a wooden spoon or silicon spatula. When everything's melted, whisk it for a minute or two to aerate and voila. White chocolate ganache, perfect for spreading/piping/injecting.

Apparently white chocolate is bad for you from what I've heard
