I actually tried this once because menudo from a good Mexican restaurant is GOAT, and I gotta say, this was much better than expected
The tripe was a bit mushy and kind of falls apart when you chew it, but overall I was pretty satisfied.
Also, people who prefer hominy in their menudo are all colossal faggots that should kill themselves
