Throw it out. Then make tomato soup from scratch:

-Sweat some mirepoix in a pot.
-Add tomatoes. Ideally, fresh in-season ones. If you can't get good tomatoes at the supermarket, then buy some canned San Marzano tomatoes from Italy.
-Pour in some vegetable or chicken stock.
-Simmer for a while
-Puree
-Season to taste with salt and pepper.
