I guess this is your first time here? This is a pretty slow board so no need to self bump.

As for your question, try out some spices or adding onions and peppers etc. You can cook them in the broth or just in a pan and add them later

the simplified way I make them is:
>boil eggs to desired level
>fry whatever meat, be it pork or chicken or whatever with some soy/hot sauce and bit of salt and garlic
>put meat in bowl, put water on the pan, add some approperiate stock cubes, soy sauce, hot sauce, sesame oil, add whatever karelian spices you want
>once it's boiling add egg noodles noodles, cook until noodles are soft and pour them into a bowl
>put meat on top, add spring onion, corn, seaweed, sesame seeds and eggs.

It's pretty close and easy to make.

Add Asian medley vegetables (assuming you're poor since you're eating ramen)
Lightly season thinly pork or chicken and add it to the broth while the noodles are boiling.
