Nope, and I've tried.

Meditation can do it sometimes, but you might only end up getting a couple hours at most.

Just drink a shit load of coffee and go about your day.

You don't work today, do you?

It's called intensive exercise during the day.

Like, breathing exercises man.
Breath in like you were using a straw, and then exhale very quickly.
Helps me.
Or just get Melatonin powder.
Its stuff that your body usually produces to make you sleep.
You may have a deficency in it

I do cardio five times a week and still occasionally get insomnia.

My only tip is to just keep a big gap between dinner and bed. Your blood sugar is supposed to be low during the night time (for optimal sleep).

Did you have a huge dessert last night, OP?

Try jumping jacks, up-downs, or burpees.

I gotta think the exercise before bed won't help your cause. Eating before bed can cause bad heartburn for some people too. You could try melatonin or chamomile. Or heroin.

In my experience too much chamomile will result in anxiety. Especially when combined with valerian root.

In fact, a moderate amount of valerian root tea on its own can do a decent job of knocking you the fuck out.

But, like with taking Unisom/diphenhydramine, you might end up only sleeping for a couple hours, sometimes without even realizing it.

Really, it's better to just stay awake and chug about 20oz of coffee once the sun comes up.
