Sugar and creamer? Ah no thank you. You see I drink my coffee black. I'm sort of like Clint Eastwood in Unforgiven. The tough cowboy type. Would you care to ask me how frequently I use sugar or creamer? Well go ahead, I've got time. Ask me. ... Glad you asked.

Short answer: none.

Disciplined answer: Haven't touched it in months. Probably old by now. I'm actually going through a lawsuit to get my local grocery store to reduce their sugar and creamer inventory. It's going well. I can't stand sugarlets or creamlets. Actually cut all of my old friends off who use. Why go through all of this trouble you ask? 3 words. 2 concepts. Discipline. Mental toughness. This is why friend. This is why.

Uh no, Europe isn't doing better. Or have you forgotten all the economic turmoil these past few years? Austerity hit you guys hard. Tepid growth v. Stagnation. Neither is great, but one is certainly better. That's what happens when you give up your sovereign currency and bet your future on under preformers. Look up the numbers. I live in one of the most permissive cities in the country if not the world, and recently the police chief had to issue a department-wide memo to remind officers that it's legal for women to be topless in public, after a big lawsuit:
>The suit lists 10 episodes in 2011 and 2012 in which the police detained, arrested or issued summonses to Ms. Van Voast, 46, for baring her breasts at sites that included the Oyster Bar in Grand Central Terminal, in front of a Manhattan elementary school, on the A train and outside a Hooters restaurant in Midtown. That last episode, the suit says, ended with her being taken by the police to a nearby hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.
So yes, a woman will get arrested and for being topless in public. If it happens in New York City, I guarantee you it's going to happen quicker, and more enthusiastically, in west jesusville idaho

>>Public opinion exists everywhere. European politicians get shit on for petty reasons too.

Yes, of course that's true. My point was that it doesn't really matter what the law says about oaths of office because public opinion will trump that in practice. If it's some minor position nobody will care. But if it's any kind of position that attracts attention Christianity is pretty much a prerequisite.

It goes farther than that as well--I know several professionals (Lawyers, Doctors) who aren't relgious themselves but they take their whole family to church every Sunday because it's basically a business requirement. If word got out that "Dr. So-and-so doesn't go to church" then the old lady gossip mill starts up and before too long he won't have many patients left.

The lawyer is forced to drive an expensive car for the same reason. He doesn't really care about cars and would rather drive an old used car to save money. But nobody wants to hire a lawyer who drives an old car because that generates the appearance of being unsuccessful. That new BMW is essential for getting clients.

Not the guy you're replying too, but an execellent example of the boob hipocracy in this country is the movies.

Notice how a remarkable amount of violence can be included in a film while still maintaining a PG-13 rating. Yet the moment a bare breast appears, BAM, R or NC-17.

I saw another example in a post office a few years ago. I was standing in line bored off my ass so I started reading the "wanted" posters and official notices tacked up on the wall. One of the posters offered a $5,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest of someone mailing "illegal firearms or explosives" in the mail. 1. What in the flying fuck if the point of you going on a diet to try to change your life/body if you're going to be fucking your liver everyday with alcohol?
2. If you're seriously on a 1,800 calorie diet, but drinking 1,500 of those in alcohol, how are you eating enough to live? The body can't use alcohol calories in the way it can use fat/carb/protein calories.
3. I'm assuming here your problems are money related, so if that's true here's my question.
Why are you spending money on poison? That's exactly what alcohol is, a poison. You go to work to get taxed, so you can turn around and spend your already taxed money on alcohol, that gets more alcohol-specific tax, not to mention sales tax. You're paying to poison yourself.
4. Probably the best question I have.

In the case of movies: Don't get the wrong. I don't want my kids watching movies with sex scenes in them. But, if one of my kids was going to be looking at something they weren't supposed to, I'd much rather them be looking at pictures of naked people rather than people killing or being killed.

As for the porn angle: I read the poster over and over and there was no mention of CP, age, or anything else. It just stated "illegal pornography" repeatedly. And again: some porn is sick. CP certainly is. But I'd rather someone be mailing nudie pictures than a fucking bomb.

For some reason this country tends to be very puritanical when it comes to matters of sex and nudity yet rather permissive when it comes to violence.

I'm not talking about comparing one country to another. Please excuse the hyperbole here, but the point I'm making is that throughout most of history you had no chance of being elected unless you were rich, socially connected, followed the major religion of the day, and were male. In the US that meant you were a white male christian. That changed so recently that there are still vestiges of the "old system" in place. Take a look at major government positions: governors, senators, representatives. Though there are exceptions, most of them are still rich white male Christians.

That's not meant as a critiscism of the country--after all, ALL countries have similar problems (if not worse). The point is that the old prejudices still exist, and if you were running for office outside of that stereotype you have an uphill battle. Exceptions exist (as they always do), but empirically it's pretty clear that the trend still holds.

I don't post stuff like that, or my employer name, because I know one day every single backup with posts and IP addresses are going to get hacked and posted on the pirate bay, and with a little geolocation and other common data it wouldn't be hard to figure out who I am with a high degree of certainty.

But it was a US News ranking and the year I got in we were tied for sixth. I think you'll find this applies to about ten to fifteen different institutions if you analyze all the listings over the years, so, you can look at those and pick whichever one makes me look the most like a nigger/SJW/trust fund kid/whatever else you wanted to say about me.

>and with a little geolocation and other common data

Good lord. Why do you think that someone would take that kind of effort to track you down? Out of the millions of posts on this godforsaken board why do you think that yours would be some kind of lightning rod for action?

Honest question here, why are yuroshits so obsessed with America? To the point where they are willing to derail entire threads day in and day out.

Show me a europoor state that isn't a third world shitter and has lower than 20% obesity.

Speaking as an American, it's really simple: We get easily offended when someone makes a generalization about our country. So, that makes it easy to get mad replies.

I would bet that most of these posts are actually from Americans trolling other Americans.

(Though admittedly, the data from France is from 2008 so maybe that's changed since then?)

>where, despite the fact that small startups demographically reflect the founding members, brown people, non-christians, women, and LGBTs have managed to make inroads and assert their rightful place, which freaks out neckbeards who expected a sausagefest out of a 1960s IBM catalog

Spoken like someone who has NO FUCKING IDEA what goes on in the tech industry. "Neckbeards" aren't pissed because of "inroads creations", they're pissed because a VOCAL MINORITY of the people you mentioned are using the tech field as a get rich quick scheme (pajeets and the chinese) or to try to push some special snowflake agenda (hipsters and sjws).

That is not to say that most women and minorities are assholes like the ones mentioned above, but knowing you, you'll probably convince yourself that I'm just as bad as the people you are talking shit of

I've seen people do this. Has to be butter though, I know people who try butter substitute and waste a load of coffee.

The idea is supposed to be the same behind cream, something about soluble fats mixing well with hot coffee to produce a newish flavor, idk, I'm not from Seattle.
