So I just got some Sriracha for the first time.
I was surprised by how... mundane it was. It's just Khrenovina without the horseradish? Is this what all the rage was about? Now don't get me wrong, it is quite delicious, but I expected something more unique or unknown when I bought it.

It's a decent sauce, but it's nothing to write home about. Sriracha can vary greatly from brand to style though. This particular one a good enough condiment for Asian foods, but it's not particularly suited to cooking with imo
