Just made some yesterday

>put aside
>in the same pot throw a whole lot of roughly chopped onion
>add garlic
>add meat
>add canned tomato
>spice it up with allspice, pepper, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger (7 baharat) and salt
>let is simmer for a couple if hours, add water every once in a while
>serve with rice or throw in some canned chickpeas before you serve it
