I actually like chip butties every now and then. I haven't found a place that really serves them so I usually just get some fries from somewhere, or make my own fries.

Not a fan of vinegar really, so I usually just put on a mayo/mustard mix onto the bread, which I toast beforehand. A good kaiser roll is really the best for one, but most any bread will do. Sometimes I'll lightly butter the bread too, if I'm feeling gluttonous. It's a simple thing, but it's just so good. Like a fried egg or a PB&J.
