I like the concept of a deep dish pizza and I've had nice ones, but every "authentic" chicago one or whatever I've ever seen has been this awful shade of red. It's too stringent, too pungent.Makes me think I'm going to bite into a tube of puree. A colour nearer the orange side of red would be far more appetitising.
