Same. Its a rare "clean" heat that doesn't lean towards savoury so you can use it in desserts without it tasting "off" like some other heat sources. I cannot have hot chocolate without it.

Also my pallet is spiced to fuck and back so pretty much all my food requires a pinch or else it seems flat, pepper alone just doesn't cut it anymore.
