Does anyone here have good recipes for fish and baked chicken. Ive been dying to incroporate fish in my meals but idk how to cook it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can get really elaborate with fish, but if you want something dead simple that's reasonably good:

- Put a piece of haddock or whatever on some parchment paper on a baking tray.
- Put a little lemon juice over it (concentrate or actually squeeze a lemon if you want to be fancy)
- Sprinkle with some pepper, thyme, and Parmesan
- Bake at 425F for around 12 minutes

Not nearly as good, but if you've got a frozen chunk of fish and are too lazy to wait for it to thaw (don't even think about trying to defrost it in the microwave) you can go right from frozen, just double the cooking time.

As for chicken, same thing really. Throw it on a baking tray, bit of lemon juice if you want, then season it with whatever you're in the mood for. Rosemary works really good with chicken, but you can use pretty much whatever you want. Throw it in the oven at 450 for around 20 mins. If you're going from frozen, do 350 for 40 and flip half way through.

This is actually one of my main staple meals. Chunk of chicken breast, some kind of veggies, and people call me crazy but I like sliced peaches with chicken (pic related).
