That triggers me.

Some time ago, some pretentious ass or idiot told >>7805359 that no one should ever put sauce on BBQ. Anon, also being either an idiot or pretentious ass internalized that retarded opinion and spouts it every chance he gets in order to feel superior to others. He either never tried it because of the retarded opinion, or only tried shitty BBQ with shitty sauce one or twice and never has had a truly great BBQ with great sauce due to a self fulfilling loop.

tldr pay no mind to the tard

It needs to be brushed on while still cooking though not put on as an afterthought.

>BBQ that is dry is an abomination.

Fixed your mistake.

There is no problem with adding a quality sauce after properly cooking a quality cut. A good sauce can add enhance the flavor of the meat in a way that cant be done before cooking because cooking changes the sauce.

Do you need to add sauce after cooking? No not if you cooked it right. But if you choose to you can create an ever better meal if done right.

I can remember my first year in grad school. Went to hang out with a buddy of mine, a classmate. We were just hanging out, smoking pot, watching movies, chiilling after a stressful week.

He had to make a run down the road to a convenience store, can't remember why. But it was owned by these mexican immigrants. They had a great big jar on the front counter where they sold pickled carrots. I had never heard of such a thing, but my buddy told me to try one.

One of the single most delicious things I've ever tasted. Never had a chance to go back. Your pic reminds me of that.

I'm from Quebec. Many of us here have a soft spot for Tim's not for their quality (I won't refute you on that) but rather for their familiar comfiness. In some areas there's always a good ol' Tim waiting for you around the corner, 24/7, rain or shine, with hot coffee, donuts and, if you're lucky, some qt employees. One of the quintessential chilling spots at night.
