What are some foods that you're city has invented?

I'll start with my hometown, Chicago. We invented:

>Cuban sandwich

>egg sandwich
>ice cream cone (look it up)
>popsicle (1898 worlds fair)

i live in arkansas and i invented something when i was 9ish that i call dirty donuts. its where i would take powdered donuts, drop them in a bowl of milk, then take them out and dip them into a tub of nesquik powder. i got really drunk and did it a few years ago for shits and giggles and it was still good, i just dont go for sweets much anymore

Uh, I'm technically in a suburb that probably hasn't invented anything, but the city we're a suburb of puts fat dollops of potato salad in the middle of Greek salads. Just a big ol' dome of it sitting right there with the lettuce. Pretty damned satisfying, actually, and I don't think anybody else does it.
