What's the worst food you've ate that someone else has cooked for you?

My friend tried to cook some seasoned chicken with peppers on top of it. The chicken was gross and slimy, horribly overcooked. Was close to dry heaving after every bite.

Everyone has been served something at some point that turned out bad... I make shit all the time that doesn't turn out how I wanted it to, and I'm a former professional cook.
