I got a few of these fuckers unfrozen rn, only have skillet to cook on. How the hell do I cook em? Up until now I've been using a george foreman joke. Not even meme-ing.

Cut them into bite size pieces, saute in olive oil until no longer pink and juices are clear. If you have some pasta and alfredo sauce or pesto sauce you could go for that, pretty common meal for me. Basically fool proof method, no way you'll die of chicken aids like this.

What is saute? I only have sunflower oil will that do? I'm completely new to this and dont want to fuck this up. The pasta I can do though.

Saute is to fry in some oil, but not so much that you're deep frying. Use a table spoon or two, it should coat the pan's bottom. Sunflower oil should work. Hit it up with some salt and pepper and a spice combo depending on what style pasta you want. I like lemon pepper and shit with pesto, usually go basil oregano parsley for alfredo.
