I love Hamburger Helper but I hate meat, yuck, disgusting, BLECH, who can stand that stuff? So I have come up with a method for making Hamburger Helper without the hamburger, and it's really good!

Mushroom Helper. Take 8oz button mushrooms and chop em up until they're small pieces. Saute in a tablespoon of butter until brown and delicious. Then use like you would cooked ground beef.
