Hello /ck/, I am going to post a bunch of shit I've made over the last 6 months or so. I did a thread like this a while back so there will be some new and some old. Fuck my shit up, or don't, whatever, comfy thread.

Lets start w/ some swordfish
Cooked in a fry pan w/ salt / pepper / lemon oil
Underneath it is balsamic/ginger mushrooms, grape tomatoes, broccoli, and spinach.
the left side is pretty self explanatory.

mushrooms/grape tomatos/green onion/avo
and quina mixed with artichoke and red bell pepper.

and shrimp in some kind of sauce.

aside from that just penne w/ tomatos, mushroom, onion, spinach.
