Does anyone know how to make a really good Alfredo sauce? Mine always comes out a little too thin, I want it to be thick enough to stick to the noodles and not so creamy that it's all over the plate. Have some fucking respect for the king of pastas.

Many guides will tell you it is best for thick sauces - but this can be ignored. Pappardelle can literally be used for anything. Thin or thick sauces such as pestos, bolognese, garlic butters, ragouts, ragins, ragus... you can use it in soups, you can use it as a bed for roast meats, you can teach your kids how to fucking kick ass in style and bake it into mac n cheese. you can use it in lasagna, you substitute it for pancakes, waffles, and crepes... just throw some maple syrup on it, or spray some whipped cream and add strawberries... its fucking god of all tiers in a roast beef stew, or under some chili. i use it as party streamers, i let the guests take home the decorations and they eat for kings for weeks no matter what country they come from.

Why anyone would waste their time with any other fucking pasta i haven't a god damned clue. My broseph Benny the Bernank sleeps on piles of money Monday through Friday - but come the weekend that nigga is sleepin on the Pappardelle.

I can't get over the number of shit tier pasta lovers in this fucking piece.
