Is there ever a lot of people that argue that despite Chef Ramsay ever making good food, does anyone who has seen him before believe that he is always a intolerant and rude person?

I've seen Hell's kitchen and other shows involving him, and I've seen his angry and rude points, but has anyone ever met him IRL and seen that he isn't very rude and intolerant?

He's a dickhead to his chefs and chews you out hard for minor mistakes, but he backs off and tries to encourage you if you genuinely seem like you can't take it.

From all accounts I've heard the man is a really great guy in real life. Very chill, calm and collected. A complete contrast to what one would see on Hell's Kitchen. A lot of what you see on TV are just theatrics meant to gain viewers. In a professional kitchen I'm sure he's just as strict with the quality of the food, but not nearly as unreasonable as how he's portrayed in shows.

I absolutely like him. Arguably, he doesn't tolerate anyone's bullshit, not even his customers. But if you are nice and show respect towards him, he won't bite your asshole as hard as one of those Piranha plants from the Mario series.

As long as you're aware that TV is just TV and therefore a lot of his tantrums are theatrics for the camera, especially in the american versions where those guys add dramatic flair to everything.

But from all accounts I've heard, he's an actually nice dude. Strict to staff (as a good chef should be) since Michelin restaurants have a bloody high standard to uphold.
