Fudge has no flour. It's much more dense and caramel-like.

you know what'd be good? Dark chocolate fudge with some sort of hazelnut spread mixed in. Not nutella. I guess since the fudge is already literally chocolate, you could just add hazelnuts that are processed as finely as possible. I'd make this right now if I were a fat fuck.

Fudge is a confection of a lot of densely packed, extremely fine sugar crystals. brownies is a baked good made with flour, sugar, fat and an emulsifier.

Regardless, it's true. I've never understood the appeal of dark chocolate. Is it a cultural thing? Because I just can't fathom anyone prefering it over some rich and creamy milk/white (if I'm up to it) chocolate, especially in the context of fudge.

On the few occasions I've had it, yes, I do. It's the only way to consume it without it tasting like concentrated ass moisture.

I second this one, with the condensed milk and chocolate melted together. It's ridiculously simple and the results are amazingly good.
