Phytoestrogens are in everything, people just make a big deal of soy for some god forsaken reason. It's the same shit as people saying that wheat is addictive because it contains opioids, even though opioids are in all kinds of food like spinach and whatnot. Bottom line, just eat whatever the fuck you want
