I'm really hungry and I can't cook tonight. What should I get to eat? I can microwave things and put them in the oven, and I can also go get something from a fast food place or the store.

Suggestions?

No ingredients in the house. Also I'm not comfortable doing any extensive cooking living with my parents because I'd rather make a lot of food and they won't eat any of it.

Yeah but you said you can go to the store, I don't understand how no ingredients in the house factors into this. Roast a chicken with mashed potatoes and some veggies, pretty cheap and filling. Otherwise just order a damn pizza and be done with it.
