I'm going to make some Lahmacun, but i don't have an idea what toppings i could put on it. Any ideas how to make them more interesting?

Lahmacun is fucking lahmacun... it's just ground meat, tomatoes, peppers, onions and spices, you can change it a bit but the main ingredients have to stay the same or you'll just end up with a pizza that has egg in the dough. Also don't bother if you're not going to use lamb or a mix of meats with some lamb otherwise there isn't any point.

>parsley
>lemon juice
>tomato and cucumber salad
>red or white cabbage
>lettuce
>onion

>tzatziki
>falafel if you're insane
