What the best SIMPLE topping? Currently eating a selfmade one with tomato paste (is it really called that in english?) and goatcheese. Pic related, it's the pizza.

It's really tasty, however, the tomatos are a bit too sour, going to try another type of tomatoes soon.

I like the boxxy spinach pizza by the way. But make sure you clean the spinach really really good, because the first time I made that, I had to throw one half away because of too much sand.
