1: Shark Brand Sriracha (tastes much better than the rooster Huy Fong in my opinion)
2: Green &/or Red El Yucateco Habanero
3: Cholula

Honorable mention: When I want flavor that's unique but don't want heat, Jamaican Pickapeppa Sauce is so damn good I couldn't go without mentioning it. Goes good with everything.
