Pickled. In tomato sauces and soups. Really, it can add nice flavour to anything, so long as you fucking control yourself.

A spicy noodle bowl, or gumbo. I feel like a big spicy bowl of soup makes a great, complete one-dish meal.

Are you an alcohol too? I do the same thing. Crackers, hot sauce and a can of fermented herring is my late-night blackout staple dish.

Those look tasty. Kinda slimy though texture wise. Still looks like delicious mini dicks though. I'd suck the sauce off them one by one :D mmmhmm

Get a pot of rice going. While that cooks (15-20 min), saute loose chorizo, serranos, jalapenos, onion, and any other veg. Salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, paprika, cayenne. Hit it with your hot sauce of choice. Spread rice on plate with a divot on the center, dump meat and veg in the center, add fresh coriander.

I like making shakshuka. It's pretty easy, and I usually turn up the heat with some habanero powder, maybe some jalapeños as well. GOAT breakfast, kick-starts the metabolism too. Wash it all down with some almond milk if it's a bit too hot.
