What are some foods I can eat at any time that won't make me feel bloated? Pretty much any heavy or high carb food makes me feel like shit for the rest of the day
What can I buy besides fruit fish and salad?

I only poo in loo once every 3-5 days, could that be why food makes me bloat easily?

I have this problem as well, I basically just eat vegetables and nuts and I am quite sure my fiber levels are high, but only shit about 2 times a week. I run 5 miles every 2-3 days. Should I be concerned/see a doctor?
