I use this cayanne pepper powder. less than 1/8 of a teaspoon is enough to make a meal hot and spicy. This one container will last me many years.

Hot sauce is simply cayenne powder and vinegar.

Normally I would have said Cholula and after a couple of weeks using Frank's, Cholula just tastes like salty vinegar. Absolutely no kick to it whatsoever.
